APPLICATIONS

Mode of action:

• Clofentezine is a specific acaricide with contact action, and long residual activity.

• Clofentezine inhibits embryo development.

Uses of Clofentezine:

• Clofentezine control eggs and young motile stages (but not adults) of Panonychus ulmi and Tetranychus spp. on pome fruit, stone fruit, citrus fruit, nuts, cucurbits, grapes, strawberries, hops, cotton and ornamentals.

• Clofentezine has no effect on predatory mites or beneficial insect species.

Phytotoxicity of Clofentezine:

• Clofentezine may cause slight injury to glasshouse roses.

• Clofentezine may cause a slight pink deposit on petals of white or pale flowers.

Compatibility of Clofentezine:

• Clofentezine is compatible with most pesticide products commonly used in orchards, except alkaline and copper products.
