Application

Descriptions:

  • Aluminium Hydroxide is a white nonabrasive powder.

  • Aluminium Hydroxide is considered as one of the largest volume flame retardant as it can be heated to 200°C and hydrated alumina can be decomposed into 66% alumina and 34% water.

  • Aluminium Hydroxide is found in nature as the mineral gibbsite and its three much rarer polymorphs, bayerite, doyleite and nordstrandite.

Uses:

  • Aluminium hydroxide is the most widely used inorganic flame retardant agents in resin, synthic rubber and plastic industry. There's no fluming, no dropping, no poisonous gases in production process.

  • Aluminium hydroxide is used for production of mineral salts like aluminium fluoride, cryolite, aluminum sulfate and aluminium oxide products etc.

  • Aluminium hydroxide is widely used as mordant in dye/painting industry for its strong adsorption capacity coloring matter

  • Aluminium hydroxide is used in glass industry and increases the whiteness, transparency, glossiness and brightness

  • Aluminium hydroxide is widely used as water treatment agent, catalyst and catalyst carrier etc.

  • Aluminium hydroxide is used in production of waterproof fabric, printing ink, paper filler, wires and cables etc.
